Rate of Pay: $56,680 per year
Responsibilities: 
Visit job sites to analyze space availability, design needs, and purpose of the space through materials and structure.
Attend client meetings to understand the design needs and provide real estate analysis & interior style plan. 
Create initial design sketches, color themes, and ideas. 
Create and provide customers with a complete set of standard constructible CAD drawings, including project plans, elevations, sections, exterior rendering, electricity plan, etc. 
Hire contractors and vendors to implement design. 
Assist the purchasing process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project, provide material selection and design suggestions during construction. 
Arrange client visits and keep everyone involved updated regarding the progress of projects. 
Ensure project completion within the allocated budget and timeline and complete tasks timely and allocate budgets effectively.
Requirements: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related.
