Pin Gao

Lead Designer

Pin specializes in design for residential and commercial projects. She moved from the East Coast after graduation from Carnegie Mellon University School of Architecture, and settled in the San Francisco Bay Area where has the most active real estate market. She found it fascinating how the design defines the value of real estates, and gained experiences of both design and construction management by working on different phases of local and international projects.

Yi Li

Principal Designer

Yi studied environmental art design, including interior design, landscape design, lighting and furniture design, in Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. She obtained a postgraduate professional diploma in architecture (DPLG) in France. She worked in Paris and Beijing for many years after graduation, and gained experiences through participating in large design projects including shopping centers, schools and residential developments. She believes that good designs can improve and optimize people's lifestyles and create healthy, safe, and beautiful built environment.
